Whisper Tread - (Strong)
As elaborated on in dialogue for one of her level 10 missions, Hikari would, as a little girl, often completely vanish from sight against her own will and be missed by the matrons of her orphanage for days at a time.
Expend two actions in a turn to find an appropriate hiding spot, or up to one more action spent than any enemy specifically trying to follow. Mod discretion as to success of hiding attempt. Gain buff Whisper Tread.
As long as Whisper Tread is active Hikari cannot be directly targeted by standard enemy attacks, though she can still be struck by area of effect abilities where appropriate. Mod discretion for unique enemy strategies that can negate this effect, temporarily or permanently, as Hikari is still corporeal, just completely invisible to non-magical senses. Whisper Tread buff breaks the turn Hikari takes a direct combat action, but movement and other non-combat activity does not remove the buff.
Cold Blood Shots - (Moderate)
