4) Formal Dress - 6g - This white and pale blue dress is made of a very thin, delicate material. The neckline features a layer of soft, white lace resting against the faintly dappled blue top, which is itself overlayed by a diaphanous layer of see-through material. The top terminates just under the bus in an empire waist with a large blue bow off center, its ribbons trailing down and wrapping over the stomach and hips. The sleeves continue down before widening out at the wrist, making long trails of wavy material. The skirt continues down to the knees where it ends in a soft pleat, resting over another layer of diaphanous material that extends just an inch lower.
