When craftable is available, you can solicit Eve to craft jewelry for you! Below you'll find some 'ready to make' designs that can be quickly fashioned upon request. Jewelry makes an excellent vehicle for Enchantments and Transmogs.
Nothing created will have a power level, so it's quite cheap too! You pay crafting cost + a tip of your choosing.
If you want one of the premades below but modified to better suit your tastes, you have only to ask/submit your modifications.

Rose Necklace - This simple necklace features a small flowering rose made out of a red metal of some kind. It hangs off a thin, delicate black chain.
Golden Flower Crown - This delicate crown is made of beaten golden, twisted and shaped to look as though a spill of golden flowers with matching golden leaves is winding its way over the top of your head. It's enhanced by sparkling set diamonds and tiny white pearls.
Filigree Nailguards - These bits of metal are meant to be slid over the fingers, the lacy, delicate metalwork resting over the nails, connecting with another lacy metal band that wraps around the meat of the finger with very fine chains, keeping them firmly in place. These create a spiraling pattern over the nails, made out of beaten silver.
Spiked Ring - This ring sports several small sharp spikes. The band is made of a matte black metal and the spikes are pure iron.
Silver and Sapphire Netting - This piece is very large and ornate and meant to be worn outside the clothing, an accessory to an entire outfit. It features several silver chains, creating a web design and connected at points with thumbnail sized sapphires. These gemmed convergence points are meant to draw one's eyes to the sternum and stomach. Thin metal plates rest over the shoulders, designed and cut to look like spiders resting outstretched legs out to grasp the silver 'net' draped over the wearer's body.
