Step 1) Create a 2-3 word plot. Basically, a verb-noun thing. Examples:
Steals a Box
Punches a Drunk
Giggles Madly
You get 1 point for every "plot" you make. Go ahead and make a new reply for these or stick them in with your character list, I don't care which, but put all of your plots in one post. Please do not make a new post for each plot.
Step 2) Flesh out others' mini-plots. Example: Player A posts "Steals a Box". Player B fleshes this out: "A character steals a box that is unfortunately filled with rare but poisonous snakes." 5 points for fleshing out a two-word plot. 10 points if it's more than one sentence. ((You may flesh out a two-word plot that's already been fleshed out, however, your version must be very different from any other version proposed.)) Put all of these into a single post/reply. You can edit it as you go along as I won't be tallying up points until the game ends.
Step 3) You can claim a fleshed out mini-plot or a minimalist plot as long as they are not your own.
Step 4) Play out the plot. For minimalist plots, you get 3 points for starting the thread and 5 if it's fleshed out. You will get 10 points for actually completing the topic.
If it involved more than one person, you all get points!
Most of these will likely be open threads but you can feel free to do a closed thread with a friend if you'd like as long as it still uses the plot.
Game will run to 8/30. Winner and runner-up shall receive some gold and special items! There is no set 'join' date. Feel free to continue to minimalist plots or fleshed out plots and make threads right up to the end!
